Common use of RMS Clause in Contracts

RMS. Saanich shall make available a hosted, fully supported RMS system which includes the following elements or components and subject to the following conditions or limitations: (a) automatic CAD data transfer; (b) access to all configured modules, which shall, at the minimum, include “incidents,” “properties” and “personnel”; (c) access to basic data reports (the creation or customization of data reports are subject to an additional charge); (d) OAK BAY is responsible for the transfer or import of data from other existing RMS systems or other databases; (e) configuration changes are subject to a change management process with E-Comm under the Technology Services Agreement, and must be agreed upon by the E- Comm Project Fire User Group Committee and or the Fire Technology Management Committee; and (f) OAK BAY will be provided with one (1) license, each permitting a separate access point, to the RMS. Additional licenses will be provided at actual cost to Saanich under the Technology Services Agreement and will be billed in accordance with Schedule “C,” Section “3 (e)”.
