Common use of RMA Procedure Clause in Contracts

RMA Procedure. All Defective Products returned to Supplier by Customer in accordance with this Agreement shall include a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (a “RMA Number”) on the outside packaging of such returned Defective Product. Supplier shall issue RMA Numbers upon request from Customer. Supplier shall provide Customer with a designated telephone number for the purpose of providing RMA Numbers.
