RIRE Clause Samples

RIRE. The General Partner shall adhere to the Responsible Investment Policy for Real Estate (the “RIRE”) attached hereto as EXHIBIT 17.19-A. As of the date hereof, the General Partner is not aware of any conflict between the terms of this Agreement and the RIRE. The General Partner acknowledges that the PGGM PRE Fund may from time to time update the RIRE. The General Partner will use its commercially reasonable efforts to adhere to such updates.
