Rights Under this Agreement. This Agreement shall bind and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and assigns, but shall not be assignable by any party without the prior written consent of the other party. Nothing contained in this Agreement is intended to confer upon any person, other than the parties to this Agreement and their respective successors and assigns, any rights, remedies, obligations or liabilities under or by reason of this Agreement.
