Common use of Rights to Work Product Clause in Contracts

Rights to Work Product. With respect to any work product which is conceived or produced by EMPLOYEE during the term of his/her employment or with the use or assistance of HUNTER's facilities, materials, or personnel, HUNTER shall own all rights, title and interest to such work product, and such product shall be considered as "work made for hire", unless otherwise agreed in writing by the parties.
