Common use of Rights; Separability Clause in Contracts

Rights; Separability. Unless otherwise expressly provided -------------------- herein, a Company Holder's rights hereunder are several rights, not rights jointly held with any other Company Holder. In case any provision of this Agreement shall be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired thereby.
