Common use of Rights of use Clause in Contracts

Rights of use. 11.1. The Contractor grants hereby E.ON the non-exclusive right, geographically and temporally unrestricted, irrevocable, transfer- able including by sub-license, to use the Contractual Services for the purposes of this Contract through the Users at the same time or have the Contractual Services used by the Users (hereinafter referred to as “Right of Use”).

Rights of use. 11.112.1. The Contractor grants hereby E.ON the non-exclusive right, geographically and temporally unrestricted, irrevocable, transfer- able transferable including by sub-license, to use the Contractual Services for the purposes of this Contract through the Users at the same time or have the Contractual Services used used, modified or edited by the Users (hereinafter referred to as “Right of Use”).

Rights of use. 11.114.1. The Contractor grants hereby E.ON the non-exclusive right, geographically and temporally unrestricted, irrevocable, transfer- able transferable including by sub-license, restricted to the term of this Contract, to use the Contractual Services for the purposes of this Contract through the Users at the same time or have the Contractual Services used by the Users (hereinafter referred to as “Right of Use”). The term of this Contract within the meaning of this provision also includes the duties on termination regulated in the Contract.
