Common use of Rights of Registered Holders Clause in Contracts

Rights of Registered Holders. No Registered Holder, as such, shall have any rights of a shareholder of the Company, either at law or equity, and the rights of the Registered Holders, as such, are limited to those rights expressly provided in this Agreement or in the Warrant Certificates. The Company and the Warrant Agent may treat the registered Registered Holder in respect of any Warrant Certificates as the absolute owner thereof for all purposes notwithstanding any notice to the contrary.
