Common use of Rights of Maha-Metro on Termination Clause in Contracts

Rights of Maha-Metro on Termination. 15.7.1. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, Maha-Metro shall not, as a consequence of Termination or otherwise, have any obligation whatsoever including but not limited to obligations as to compensation for loss of employment, continuance or regularization of employment, absorption or re-employment on any ground, in relation to any person in the employment of or engaged by the Licensee in connection with the Licensed Space(s).

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, Maha-Metro shall not, as a consequence of Termination or otherwise, not have any obligation whatsoever including but not limited to obligations as to compensation for loss of employment, continuance or regularization of employment, absorption or re-employment reemployment on any ground, in relation to any person in the employment of or engaged by the Licensee in connection with the Licensed Space(s)space.

Notwithstanding anything contained in this Agreement, Maha-Metro shall not, as a consequence of Termination or otherwise, have any obligation whatsoever including but not limited to obligations as to compensation for loss of employment, continuance or regularization of employment, absorption or re-employment on any ground, in relation to any person in the employment of or engaged by the Licensee in connection with the Licensed Space(s)exclusive advertisement rights allotted to him.
