Rights of Investments. 5.4 Subject to the Subadvisory Agreement, the Sub-Subadviser shall exercise, or refrain from the exercise of, any voting or other rights attaching to the investments comprised in the Portfolio as the Sub-Subadviser shall in its absolute discretion think fit, subject to any instructions given to the Sub-Subadviser by the Subadviser.
