Common use of Rights of Certificateholders Clause in Contracts

Rights of Certificateholders. The Investor Certificates shall represent fractional undivided interests in the Trust, including the benefits of the Collection Account and the right to receive Investor Interest Collections, Principal Collections and other amounts at the times and in the amounts specified in this Agreement; the Transferor Certificates shall represent the remaining interest in the Trust.

Rights of Certificateholders. The Investor Certificates shall represent fractional undivided interests in the Trust, including the benefits of the Collection Certificate Account, the Pre-Funding Account, the Spread Account and the Capitalized Interest Account and the right to receive Investor Interest Collections, Investor Principal Collections and other amounts at the times and in the amounts specified in this Agreement; the Transferor Certificates shall represent the remaining interest in the Trust.

Rights of Certificateholders. (a) The Investor Certificates and the Originator Certificate shall represent fractional undivided interests in the Trust, including the benefits consisting of the Collection Account and the right to receive receive, to the extent necessary to make the required payments with respect to the Investor Interest Collections, Principal Collections and other amounts Certificates at the times and in the amounts specified in this Agreement; , in, to and under Trust Assets (the Transferor Certificates shall represent the remaining interest in the Trust"Certificateholders' Interest").
