Rights of a Shareholder. During the period that the Share Custodian holds the shares of Common Stock subject to Section 1, the Recipient shall be entitled to all rights applicable to shares of Common Stock not so held, except as otherwise provided in this award, including the right to receive dividends paid on Common Stock notwithstanding that all or some of the Restricted Shares may not be Vested Restricted Shares.
