Rights Cumulative; Waivers. 23.1 The rights of Lessor under this Agreement may be exercised as often as Lessor considers appropriate, are cumulative and are in addition to its rights under any Law. The rights of Lessor against Lessee or in relation to the Aircraft (whether arising under this Agreement or any Law) cannot be waived or varied other than by an express waiver or variation in writing.
