Rights Cumulative; Payments. The Indemnified Parties’ rights under this Agreement shall be in addition to all rights of the Indemnified Parties under the Notes, the Security Instrument and the other Loan Documents. Further, payments made by the Indemnitors under this Agreement shall not reduce in any respect the Borrower’s obligations and liabilities under the Notes, the Security Instrument and the other Loan Documents.
