Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Xxxxxxxx’s and Authorized Users’ right to access and use the Enterprise Services will immediately terminate and each will immediately cease all use of the Enterprise Services. Upon expiration or termination of this Agreement, Ironclad will deliver a then-current export of the Customer Data to Customer.
