Seller shall provide to Buyer and/or the Customer unencumbered rights to use any software products and unencumbered title for any other products, property or service delivered by Seller under this Purchase Order. Seller shall disclose to Buyer in writing a Free, Libre and Open Source Software (FLOSS) that will be used or delivered in connection with this Purchase Order and obtain Buyer’s written consent before using or delivering such FLOSS in connection with the is Purchase Order.
