Right To Substitute Property. The terms and conditions of this Article 8 shall be subject to Borrower's rights pursuant to that certain letter dated the date hereof from Lender to Borrower regarding Borrower's rights to substitute security for the Debt. Inquiries regarding the aforementioned letter shall be made to Borrower at the address set forth in Article 16 below.
