Common use of Right to Sell Stock on Hand Clause in Contracts

Right to Sell Stock on Hand. If BMS is not in material breach of this Agreement at the time of termination of this Agreement, then BMS shall have the right for one year thereafter to dispose of all Licensed Products then in its inventory, and shall pay royalties thereon, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, as though this Agreement had not terminated.

Right to Sell Stock on Hand. If BMS is not in material breach of this Agreement at the time of termination of this Agreement, then BMS shall have the right for one year thereafter to dispose of all Aquila Licensed Products then in its inventory, and shall pay royalties thereon, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, as though this Agreement had not terminated.

If BMS is not in material breach of this Agreement at the time of termination of this Agreement, then BMS shall have the right for one year thereafter to dispose of all Licensed Regents' Products then in its inventory, and shall pay royalties thereon, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, as though this Agreement had not terminated.

Right to Sell Stock on Hand. If Provided that BMS is not in material breach of any obligation under this Agreement at the time of any termination of this Agreement, then in whole or in part, BMS shall have the right for one year thereafter to dispose of all Licensed Products Covered Product then in its inventoryinventory and to complete manufacture of and dispose of any work-in-progress then being manufactured, and as though this Agreement had not terminated. BMS shall pay royalties thereon, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, as though this Agreement had not terminated.

If BMS is not in material breach of this Agreement at the time of termination of this Agreement, then BMS BMS, its Affiliates and its Sublicensees shall have the right for one year thereafter to dispose of all Licensed Products then in its inventory, and shall pay royalties thereon, in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement, as though this Agreement had not terminated.
