Where required by Data Protection Laws, Service Provider will notify Company via email prior to engaging any new Subprocessors that Process Company Personal Data and allow Company ten (10) days to object. If Company has legitimate objections to the appointment of any new Subprocessor, the Parties will work together in good faith to resolve the grounds for the objection for no less than thirty (30) days.
