Common use of Right to Insure Clause in Contracts

Right to Insure. COMPANY shall have the right to secure in its own name, or otherwise, and at its own expense, life, health, accident or other insurance covering EMPLOYEE, and EMPLOYEE shall have no right, title or interest in and to such insurance. EMPLOYEE shall assist COMPANY in procuring such insurance by submitting to examinations and by signing such applications and other instruments as may be required by the insurance carriers to which application is made for any such insurance.

Right to Insure. COMPANY The Company shall have the right to secure secure, in its own name, name or otherwise, otherwise and at its own expense, life, health, accident or other insurance covering EMPLOYEEor otherwise insuring Employee, and EMPLOYEE Employee shall have no right, title or interest in or to any such insurance or any of the proceeds or benefits thereof. Employee shall fully assist and to cooperate with the Company in procuring any such insurance. EMPLOYEE shall assist COMPANY in procuring such insurance , including without limitation by submitting to examinations such examinations, and by signing such applications and other instruments instruments, as may reasonably be required by the any insurance carriers carrier to which application is made by the Company for any such insurance.

While this Agreement is in effect, COMPANY shall have the right to secure in its own name, or otherwise, and at its own expense, life, health, life or accident or other insurance covering EMPLOYEE, and EMPLOYEE shall have no right, title or interest in and to such insurance. EMPLOYEE shall assist COMPANY in procuring such insurance by submitting to examinations and by signing such applications and other instruments as may be customarily required by the insurance carriers to which application is made for any such insurance.

Right to Insure. COMPANY Company shall have the right to secure in its --------------- own name, or otherwise, and at its own expense, life, health, accident or other key-person life insurance covering EMPLOYEEEmployee, and EMPLOYEE Employee shall have no right, title or interest in and to such insurance. EMPLOYEE Employee shall assist COMPANY Company in procuring such insurance by submitting to any examinations and by signing such executing any applications and other instruments as may be required by the an insurance carriers carrier to which application is made for any such insurance.
