Common use of Right to Examine Company Records Clause in Contracts

Right to Examine Company Records. The Purchaser, or its designee, shall have the right to examine and audit any and all of the books, records, or other information of the Company, whether held by the Company or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning this Agreement or the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice. The Purchaser shall pay its own expenses associated with such examination.

The Purchaser shall pay its own expenses associated with such examination.

The Purchaser, or its designee, at its sole cost and expense, shall have the right, which right shall be exercised reasonably in scope and frequency, to examine and audit any and all of the related books, records, or other information of the Company, whether held by the Company or by another on its behalf, with respect to or concerning the Company's obligations under this Agreement or with respect to the Mortgage Loans, during business hours or at such other times as may be reasonable under applicable circumstances, upon reasonable advance notice. The Purchaser shall pay its own travel and other expenses associated with such examination.
