Right to Enforce Know-how. Responsibility for preventing or abating actual or threatened infringement or misappropriation of, or otherwise protecting or enforcing OPKO Know-how will be determined in the same manner as the right to enforce OPKO Patent Rights under paragraph (b) and (c). The enforcing Party shall keep the other Party informed of the status of all enforcement activities, and shall consider in good faith all comments of the other Party regarding any aspect of such enforcement.
