Right to Develop Independently. Nothing in this Agreement will impair Licensee’s right to independently acquire, license, develop for itself, or have others develop for it, intellectual property and technology performing similar functions as the Licensed Patents or to market and distribute Licensed Products or other products based on such other intellectual property and technology.
