Right to Bring Suit, Etc. The Bond Trustee may pursue any available remedy at law or in equity by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding to enforce the payment of the Lease Payments including interest on overdue Lease Payments, and any other sums due under this Lease Agreement, to realize on or to foreclose any of its interests or liens under this Lease Agreement, to enforce and compel the performance of the duties and obligations of the Company as set forth in this Lease Agreement and to enforce or preserve any other rights or interests of the Bond Trustee under this Lease Agreement existing at law or in equity.

The Bond Trustee may pursue any available remedy at law or in equity by suit, action, mandamus or other proceeding to enforce the payment of the Lease Payments principal of, premium, if any, and interest on the Loan, including interest on overdue Lease Paymentsprincipal (and premium, if any) and on overdue installments of interest, and any other sums due under this Lease Agreement, to realize on or to foreclose any of its interests or liens under this Lease Loan Agreement, to enforce and compel the performance of the duties and obligations of the Company Corporation as set forth in this Lease Loan Agreement and to enforce or preserve any other rights or interests of the Bond Trustee under this Lease Loan Agreement existing at law or in equity.
