Right To Audit By Office of City Auditor. 4.12.9.1 Grantee agrees that the representatives of the Office of the City Auditor, or other authorized representatives of the City, shall have access to, and the right to audit, examine, and copy any and all records of the Grantee related to the performance under this Agreement during normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm). In addition to any other rights of termination or suspension set forth herein, the City shall have the right to immediately suspend the Agreement, upon written notice to Grantee, if Grantee fails to cooperate with this audit provision. The Grantee shall retain all such records for a period of 5 years after the expiration or early termination of this Agreement or until all audit and litigation matters that the City has brought to the attention of the Grantee are resolved, whichever is longer. The Grantee agrees to refund to the City any overpayments disclosed by any such audit.

  • Right to Audit During the term of this Agreement and not more than once per year (unless circumstances warrant additional audits as described below), Servicer may audit the Asset Representations Reviewer’s policies, procedures and records that relate to the performance of the Asset Representation Reviewer under this Agreement to ensure compliance with this Agreement upon at least 10 business days’ notice.   • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.

  • State Auditor’s Right to Audit A. The state auditor may conduct an audit or investigation of any entity receiving funds from the state directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract. The acceptance of funds directly under the Contract or indirectly through a subcontract under the Contract acts as acceptance of the authority of the state auditor, under the direction of the legislative audit committee, to conduct an audit or investigation in connection with those funds. Under the direction of the legislative audit committee, an entity that is the subject of an audit or investigation by the state auditor must provide the state auditor with access to any information the state auditor considers relevant to the investigation or audit.

  • Financial Audit The School shall submit audited financial statements from an independent auditor to the Authorizer no later than November 1 of each year.
