Common use of Right to Assign or Sublet Clause in Contracts

Right to Assign or Sublet. The Tenant shall have the right to assign or sublet all or a portion of the Premises at any time during the Term or the Extended Terms subject to the approval of the Landlord, such approval not to be unreasonably withheld and provided that the Tenant shall continue to be bound for its obligations under the Lease. Upon the Tenant notifying the Landlord of its intent to assign its interest in the Lease to a third party, the Landlord shall have the right to terminate the Lease and relieve the Tenant from its obligations thereunder.
