Common use of Right of Sale, Assignment, Participations Clause in Contracts

Right of Sale, Assignment, Participations. Any Lender shall be permitted to participate, sell, assign, transfer or otherwise dispose, at any time or times hereafter, of this Agreement and any of the other Loan Documents, or of any portion hereof or thereof, including, without limitation, such Lender's rights, title, interests, remedies, powers and duties hereunder or thereunder subject to the terms and conditions set forth below and within Section 2.12:
