Common use of Right of Lender to Inspect Property Clause in Contracts

Right of Lender to Inspect Property. To permit Lender and its representatives and agents to enter upon the Property and to inspect the Improvements and all materials to be used in the construction thereof and to cooperate and cause Contractor to cooperate with Lender and its representatives and agents during such inspections (including making available to Lender working copies of the Plans and Specifications together with all related supplementary materials); provided, however, that this provision shall not be deemed to impose upon Lender any obligation to undertake such inspections.

Right of Lender to Inspect Property. To permit Lender and its representatives and agents shall have the right, but not a duty, to enter upon the Property and to inspect the Improvements and all materials material to be used in the construction thereof and to cooperate and the Borrower shall cause Contractor all contractors to cooperate with Lender and its representatives and agents during such inspections (including making available to Lender working copies of the Plans and Specifications together with all related supplementary materials)inspections; provided, however, that this provision shall not be deemed to impose upon Lender any obligation to undertake such inspections. Any such inspections and the results therefrom shall be solely for the use and benefit of Lender.
