Common use of Right of Continued Employment Clause in Contracts

Right of Continued Employment. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a contract of employment or shall be deemed to give an Employee the right to be retained in the employ of the Company or any other interest in the assets, business or affairs of the Company. An Employee shall not have a security interest in any assets of the Company used to make any payment under this Agreement.
