Common use of Right Granted Clause in Contracts

Right Granted. Contractor intends to temporarily have personnel and equipment on the SPBL to complete the following work and related activities (collectively the “Work”): . The VCTC and Railroad hereby grant Contractor the right, during the term of this Agreement, upon and subject to each and all of the terms, provisions, and conditions herein contained, and in performance of the Work, to enter upon and have ingress to and egress from the portion of the SPBL located at and shown on Exhibit A hereto (the “Property”). This Agreement does not in any way whatsoever grant or convey any permanent easement, lease, fee, or other interest in the Property to Contractor. This Agreement is not exclusive, and the VCTC and Railroad specifically reserve the right to grant other rights of entry upon, or within the vicinity of, the Property.
