Common use of RFP Development and Distribution Clause in Contracts

RFP Development and Distribution. Subject to the requirements of Sections 5.1 and 5.2, and with the support of the GoMRI Administrative Unit, the Research Board shall participate in the development of RFPs and distribute such RFPs to solicit Proposals from potential Research Consortia to receive funding from, and conduct research under, the GoMRI.
