Common use of RFP and Proposal Incorporated by Reference Clause in Contracts

RFP and Proposal Incorporated by Reference. The Request for Proposal (RFP) dated [insert date] and the proposal submitted by the CONTRACTOR in response to the RFP (the "Proposal"), including any amendments or modifications thereto, are hereby incorporated herein by reference as though fully set forth herein, and the terms and conditions contained therein shall apply to this Master Agreement except as expressly changed or modified by this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between the terms of this Contract and the RFP and Proposal, the terms of this Contract shall prevail.
