RF Source Equipment Sample Clauses

The 'RF Source Equipment' clause defines the requirements and specifications for radio frequency (RF) source equipment used in a project or agreement. It typically outlines the technical standards the equipment must meet, the responsibilities for providing, installing, and maintaining the RF source, and any compliance with regulatory or safety guidelines. For example, it may specify that the equipment must be certified for use in certain regions or must not interfere with other electronic systems. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all RF source equipment used is suitable, safe, and compliant, thereby minimizing operational risks and regulatory issues.
RF Source Equipment. Each Carrier is responsible for providing its own RF signal source (via repeater, BTS or otherwise) and obtaining any access required (broadband or otherwise) in connection with the provisioning of its signal source;

The equipment will interface with the distributed antenna system at the demarcation point.
