Other Carriers. Any person, corporation, or other legal entity other than Carrier herein, to whom Frontier has extended or hereafter shall extend an authorization to occupy its Central Office(s) or conduit system(s).

Other Carriers. Ten days prior to another Carrier joining the Multi-Carrier Parallel DAS Network, Customer must provide written notice to the Sprint CNS Care Group at XXXXxxx@xxxxxx.xxx that another Carrier is joining the Multi-Carrier Parallel DAS Network. The notice must include the following information: (1) Carrier name; (2) frequencies/channels Carrier is operating on; (3) type of RF source Carrier is using; and (4) what specific channels Carrier is using.
Other Carriers. TCG shall have no responsibility with respect to billing, charges or disputes related to services used by Reseller or Reseller's Customer which are not included in the Services herein including, without limitation, any local, regional and long distance services not offered by TCG. Reseller shall be fully responsible for the payment of any bills for such services, including, as applicable, third party billing, E911 and 911 and Telecommunications Relay Services (TRS) as well as any other charges of a similar nature, and for the resolution of any disputes or discrepancies with the service provider.
Other Carriers. If a condition of Force Majeure arises that affects Airco's ability to provide the ACMI Services required hereunder, Groundco shall have the right, but not the obligation, to arrange for another carrier to perform such ACMI Services until such time as such Force Majeure can be cured and for a reasonable period thereafter and, except as otherwise provided for herein, Airco shall be reinstated as soon as is reasonable under the circumstances. For a Force Majeure that renders only a portion of the ACMI Services hereunder unavailable to Groundco, a prorated reduction in Base Compensation shall be made according to the portion of these ACMI Services that Airco is actually unable to so perform. Groundco and Airco shall mutually determine what portions of the ACMI Services are unavailable for use by Groundco.
Other Carriers. (a) The Other Carriers with which the Good Xxx Insurance Agency has entered into agency agreements prior to the date of this Agreement are set forth on Schedule A. The Good Xxx Insurance Agency shall maintain its contracts with the Other Carriers on their current terms unless the GMACI Agency, on the one hand and Good Xxx and Camping World, on the other hand, mutually agree to any contractual changes. Any changes to the Other Carriers, or the addition of any additional Other Carriers shall be subject to the mutual approval of the GMACI Agency, on the one hand and Good Xxx and Camping World, on the other hand. Show management, AGS Expo Services and the official show carrier cannot be responsible for checking with all designated carriers . If you have chosen a carrier other than the official show carrier, we require that someone from your company remain with the shipment until it is picked-up . Many times, a reminder phone call to your carrier will ensure the official time window is adhered to and your freight is picked up successfully .

LDS PROHIBITS the use of rental equipment being exposed to: Pathogenic germs, micro-organisms (bacteria, viruses, etc.) classes 1 to 4 and group E, radioactive materials, corrosive materials, high concentrations of oxygen, hydrogen, nuclear materials and copper (CU). Copper based by products formed in sputtering or etching processes are considered as a poison in some semi-conductor processes. Indicate gases and/or substances that may come in contact with this rental equipment Providing LDS with false information and/or exposing LDS rental equipment to hazardous materials will result in expenses related to the exposure including, but no limited to down-time, clean-up, medical cost, replacement equipment, contamination passed on to other customer equipment, fines and legal fees. The equipment is to be used for leak detection applications which do not adversely cause damage to the equipment. It shall be the customer's responsibility to contact LDS for prior written approval in if the application for use falls into the above category.
