Rewards Program Terms. Points accumulated under the Rewards Program have no cash value and are subject to all Rewards Program terms and conditions. Complete current terms and conditions for the Rewards Program, including without limitation, rules regarding accrual of points, netting of Purchases, redemption, expiration, loss or cancellation of points, awards, award thresholds, eligibility, participation, and Bank’s right to amend or terminate the Rewards Program, are set forth in the Umpqua Visa® Commercial Preferred Solution Terms and Conditions and the ScoreCard® Bonus Point Program Rules for Visa® Commercial Preferred Solutions available for download from our website at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/help-center/commercial-card-management/ and from ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇, respectively (the “Rewards Websites”). Bank reserves the right to amend or cancel the Rewards Program or to change benefits or VCPS Rewards at any time with or without notice to Company, Commercial Cardholders, or Managing Cardholder. To the extent notice is given or required to be given, Customer agrees Bank or its Rewards Program vendor may satisfy any such notice requirement by posting notification to any of the Rewards Websites or any other manner of notice permitted under this Agreement or the terms and conditions of the Rewards Program. Customer and Managing Cardholder agree by their participation in the Rewards Program to monitor the Rewards Websites for changes in Rewards Program terms.
