Revocation of authorisations. any authorisation exemption or undertaking referred to in the Transaction Documents shall be revoked terminated restricted or modified in a manner unacceptable to the Bank or an event or events shall have occurred which in the opinion of the Bank (which opinion shall be conclusive and binding on the Customer(s) makes it improbable that the Customer(s) or the Security Party(ies) will be able to perform or indicates that the Customer(s) or the Security Party(ies) is unwilling to perform his/its/their obligation under the Transaction Documents;
