Revocable Permit Clause Samples
A Revocable Permit is a legal authorization that allows a party to use property or perform certain activities, but can be withdrawn or terminated by the granting party at any time, usually without cause. In practice, this type of permit is often used for temporary access to land, facilities, or resources, such as allowing a vendor to operate on public property or granting short-term access for construction work. The core function of a Revocable Permit is to provide flexibility and control to the permit issuer, ensuring they can reclaim their property or halt permitted activities if circumstances change or issues arise.
