Revision Levels a. OEM Drawings/Specifications—Supplier must supply the purchased part to the drawing (print) revision flowed down on the JBC purchase order or change order, as applicable.
b. Industry Standards - All material furnished to Jamaica Bearings Co., Inc. by the supplier and its suppliers must be manufactured to and/or meet the most current revision level of the applicable part standard and its associated specifications at the time the purchase order was issued, unless otherwise specified.
c. Manufacturer Part Number Buys: Supplier must supply to their latest internal specifications.
Revision Levels. Customer must maintain all associated system hardware and firmware, except PC systems, at the latest HP-specified configuration and code revision level. For PC systems, Customers must maintain all associated system hardware and firmware at a revision level specified by HP. Customers must maintain HP-supported non-HP software at a code revision level specified by HP.

To receive software versions and updates, the Customer must maintain all associated hardware to the then-current specification for the software versions and updates.

(B) Customer is not obligated to implement Updates, changes, modifications or enhancements if they interfere with Customer's level of intended usage or operating environment; however, Supplier and Customer shall work together with mutual best efforts in order to implement and install all such updates, changes, modifications or enhancements so that they function properly at the level of the Customer's intended usage and within the Customer's operating environment.
