Revised to Read. Vacation leave (includes one day in lieu of Christmas Eve) shall accrue for all regular full-time employees as follows (prorated based on the number of hours worked in a year, against a 2,080 full time equivalent basis): a) After completion of one year of continuous employment, sixteen (16) working days per year. b) After completion of five years of continuous employment, twenty-one (21) working days per year. c) After completion of ten years of continuous employment, twenty-six (26) working days per year. a) After completion of one year of continuous employment, twelve (12) working days per year. b) After completion of five years of continuous employment, sixteen (16) working days per year. c) After completion of ten years of continuous employment, twenty-one (21) working days per year. Vacation leave shall be the amount equal to regular full-time compensation had the employee worked during that period. No employee shall be paid vacation leave until the scheduled paid time off has been earned. Vacation leave may be granted in increments of fifteen (15) minutes or more. (TA 4/28/20)
