Review of Services of the Design Professional Sample Clauses

The "Review of Services of the Design Professional" clause establishes the client's right to evaluate and assess the work performed by the design professional throughout the project. Typically, this involves periodic reviews of design documents, plans, or deliverables to ensure they meet the agreed-upon standards and project requirements. By providing a structured process for feedback and approval, this clause helps maintain quality control and ensures that the design professional's services align with the client's expectations, thereby reducing the risk of costly errors or misunderstandings later in the project.
