Common use of Review of Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Review of Financial Statements. For a period of two (2) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s financial statements for each of the half year periods immediately preceding the announcement of any half year financial information.

Review of Financial Statements. For a period of two three (23) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s financial statements for each the six (6) months ended June 30 of the half year periods immediately preceding the announcement of any half year financial informationrelevant year.
