Common use of Review of Additional Transferor’s Records Clause in Contracts

Review of Additional Transferor’s Records. The Additional Transferor will maintain records and documents relating to its performance under this Agreement according to its customary business practices. Upon reasonable request not more than once during any calendar year, and with reasonable notice, the Additional Transferor will give the Depositor (or its representatives) access to the records and documents to conduct a review of the Additional Transferor. Any access or review will be conducted at the Additional Transferor’s offices during its normal business hours at a time reasonably convenient to the Additional Transferor and in a manner that will minimize disruption to its business operations. Any access or review will be subject to the Additional Transferor’s security, confidentiality and privacy policies and any legal, regulatory and data protection policies.
