The REVIEW COMMENTS clause establishes a process for one party to provide feedback or comments on documents, deliverables, or work products submitted by the other party. Typically, this clause outlines the timeframe within which comments must be provided, the method for delivering feedback, and the obligations of the receiving party to address or incorporate the comments. Its core practical function is to ensure clear communication and timely resolution of issues, thereby improving the quality of deliverables and reducing misunderstandings between the parties.
REVIEW COMMENTS. All review comments and questions regarding the Survey shall be delivered to the Surveyor in writing from B&C. It is understood that the surveyor may be given a verbal instruction from B&C to make a revision to the survey; if so, B&C will follow the verbal request with either a written fax transmission or an email transmission of the request. After review comments are offered by B&C and/or B&C’s Client, then the surveys will be revised and delivered according to the instructions of B&C. If the Surveyor needs any clarifications to requested revisions, such questions shall be submitted in writing to B&C by e-mail or fax. The Surveyor shall NOT address requests for revisions from other parties without the written permission or instruction of B&C. It is understood that there may be multiple parties who may offer review comments or questions, including but not limited to the title company, lender’s counsel, and buyer’s counsel. All of these comments will be addressed by the surveyor as a part of the scope of services and under the direction and instruction of B&C.
REVIEW COMMENTS. The services performed by Consultant under this Contract shall be subject to periodic review by the RTC and/or its General Manager. The review comments of RTC's representative may be reported in writing as needed to Consultant. It is understood that RTC's representative(s) review comments do not relieve Consultant from the responsibility for the professional and technical accuracy of all work delivered under this Contract. The RTC's General Manager may delegate any or all of the General Manager's responsibilities under this Contract to appropriate staff members, and shall so inform Consultant by written notice before the effective date of each delegation. The comments of the RTC's General Manager or his designated staff may be reported to Consultant by the RTC's General ▇▇▇▇▇▇. It is understood that the RTC General Manager's comments do not relieve Consultant from the responsibility for the professional quality of all work delivered under this Contract. To prevent an unreasonable delay in the Consultant's work, the General Manager will endeavor to examine all reports and other documents and will render decisions and advise the Consultant in a timely manner to avoid unreasonable delay.
REVIEW COMMENTS. 4.1 The Owner will review and respond to each Submittal in accordance with the applicable time periods set out in the Submittal Schedule (as may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Schedule 2 - Review Procedure).
4.2 Before commencing Construction of a particular component of the Project, the Design-Builder will submit to the Owner a Submittal:
(a) that fully addresses the User Group Consultation described in Section 3 of this Schedule 2 - Review Procedure; and
(b) describing that component, including all necessary Design and other information as the Owner may reasonably require, including any Design reports and calculations, reasonably necessary for the Owner to conduct an appropriate review to confirm that the Design described in the Submittal conforms to the requirements of this Agreement (including the Statement of Requirements and the Proposal Extracts).
4.3 At the Owner’s request, the Design-Builder will meet with the Owner and make a presentation to the Owner regarding the content and purpose of the Submittal(s), carry out a page-by-page review of the Submittal(s) with the Owner and answer any questions the Owner may have in advance of its review.
4.4 The Owner will review Submittals submitted under Section 4.2 above and assign one of the following 4 comments:
(a) “REVIEWED”;
(b) “CORRECT DEFICIENCIES”;
(c) “REJECTED”; or
(d) “NOT REVIEWED”.
4.5 The comment “REVIEWED” will be assigned to those Submittals that, in the opinion of the Owner, acting reasonably, appear to conform to the requirements of this Agreement, including the Statement of Requirements and the Proposal Extracts.
4.6 The comment “CORRECT DEFICIENCIES” will be assigned to those Submittals that, in the opinion of the Owner, acting reasonably, appear to generally conform to the requirements of this Agreement, but in which minor deficiencies have been found and identified by the Owner’s review. The Design-Builder will to the extent necessary correct these Submittals and provide a copy of such corrected Submittals to the Owner within 15 Business Days. The Design-Builder may proceed on the portions of such Submittals that have not received comments but the Design- Builder will not proceed on the portions of such Submittals that have received the comment “CORRECT DEFICIENCIES” until the Design-Builder obtains a comment that permits the Design- Builder to proceed. After review comments are offered by NV5 and/or NV5’s Client, then the surveys will be revised and delivered according to the instructions of NV5. If the Subconsultant needs any clarifications to requested revisions, such questions shall be submitted in writing to NV5 by e-mail. The Subconsultant shall NOT address requests for revisions from other parties without the written permission or instruction of NV5. It is understood that there may be multiple parties who may offer review comments or questions, including but not limited to the title company, ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s counsel, and buyer’s counsel. All comments will be addressed by the Subconsultant as a part of the scope of services and under the direction and instruction of NV5. If the Subconsultant determines that communication with the client is needed to clarify or respond to review comments or questions relating to the Subconsultant’s work product, then NV5 will facilitate direct communication between the Subconsultant and client.
REVIEW COMMENTS. (a) The Authority will review and respond to each Submittal in accordance with the applicable time periods set out in the Submittal Schedule (as may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Appendix).
(b) Before commencing Construction of a particular component of the Project, Project Co will submit to the Authority a Submittal:
(1) that fully addresses the User Group Consultation described in Section 4 of this Appendix; and
(2) describing that component, including all necessary Design and other information as the Authority may reasonably require, including any Design reports and calculations, reasonably necessary for the Authority to conduct an appropriate review to confirm that the Design described in the Submittal conforms to the requirements of this Agreement (including the Design and Construction Specifications and the Proposal Extracts (Design and Construction)).
(c) At the Authority’s request, Project Co will meet with the Authority and make a presentation to the Authority regarding the content and purpose of the Submittal(s), carry out a page-by-page review of the Submittal(s) with the Authority and answer any questions the Authority may have in advance of its review.
(d) The Authority will review Submittals submitted under Section 5(b) above and assign one of the following 4 comments:
(1) “REVIEWED”;
(2) “CORRECT DEFICIENCIES”;
REVIEW COMMENTS. A review of this map will be conducted at the scheduled Plan Commission meeting. Prior to this the Plan Commission will receive comments from the Engineering Department and the Milwaukee County Treasurer.
