Review and Approval Process. 6.1 Subsequent to an evaluation of the Application and Agreement by the County, staff will recommend its approval or denial to the County Mayor or the County Mayor’s Designee and prepares an agenda item for the next available Board of County Commissioners meeting where the TJIF incentive is considered for approval. The County Mayor or the County Mayor’s Designee will recommend Application and Agreement approval or denial to the Board of County Commissioners. Per Miami-Dade County Ordinance No. 00-98 creating this program as amended by Ordinance No. 11-08, the Board of County Commissioners shall have no obligation to approve any Application and Agreement that comes before it.
