Disapproved Milestone Sample Clauses

Disapproved Milestone. If BVG, in its sole discretion at any time during the development process, determines that any Milestone is unsuitable for the purposes intended, upon BVG's request, Tiger shall redesign the affected Milestone to BVG's satisfaction. If Tiger is unwilling or unable to redesign such Milestone in accordance with the deadlines set forth in the Milestone Schedule or as otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties, BVG may, in its discretion, terminate this Agreement with respect to either the particular Version of the Title or all Versions of the Title.
