Review and Amendment. 17.1 The Participants may review the functioning and effectiveness of cooperation and information exchange under this MoU every two years or earlier when deemed necessary by both Participants. 17.2 Any amendment to this MoU requires the mutual consent of Participants and will be done in writing unless otherwise agreed upon.
