Review and Amendment. 1. The Participants shall review the functioning and effectiveness of the information exchange under this Agreement as necessary. 2. Any amendment to this Agreement requires the consent of all Participants and shall be done in writing. 3. Changes to the contact points provided on the basis of Annex to this Agreement do not require the consent of the other Participants. Each Participant is responsible for processing their own changes regarding contact points and for communicating these changes to the ECB without delay.
