Common use of Reversal of Regulatory Allocations Clause in Contracts

Reversal of Regulatory Allocations. To the extent that any item of income, gain, loss or deduction has been specially allocated pursuant to this Section 4.2. and such allocation is inconsistent with the way in which the same amount otherwise would have been allocated under Section 4.1, subsequent allocations under this Article 4 shall be made, to the extent possible and permitted under Section 704 of the Code, to negate as rapidly as possible the effect of all such inconsistent allocations under this Section 4.2.
