Common use of Reversal of Regulatory Allocations Clause in Contracts

Reversal of Regulatory Allocations. The allocations required pursuant to Section 6.07(c) (“Regulatory Allocations”) shall be taken into account in allocating other items of income, gain, loss, deduction and credit for the same year and/or subsequent years among the Partners so that, to the extent possible without violating the statutory or regulatory requirements that gave rise to the Regulatory Allocations, the cumulative net amount of such allocations of other items and the Regulatory Allocations to each Partner shall be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each such Partner if such Regulatory Allocations had not occurred.
