Based on the sum of the revenue at the end of each month for the immediately preceding twelve consecutive calendar months, the numerator of which is for an operating company or an affected affiliate company and the denominator of which is for all operating companies and affected affiliate companies. This ratio will be determined annually, or at such time as may be required due to significant changes.
